Refund and Return Policy
At G-Boyz, we take great pride in the quality of our products and stand firmly behind their excellence. We understand that in certain circumstances, you may find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a well-defined return policy to address such situations.
Should you wish to initiate a return, kindly begin the process by sending us a detailed email outlining your concerns and reason for returning the product. To be eligible for returns, the purchased items must be in their original packaging, free from any tampering, and in a resellable condition. We request that you initiate the return process within 15 days from the date of your original purchase and provide adequate proof of receipt, along with determining that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake.
Please send the return shipment directly to our company shipping address at PO Box 273 in Bayard, New Mexico, 88023, and upon verification that the products meet our comprehensive return policy standards, we will promptly process a refund equivalent to the full purchase price, excluding any associated shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@gboyzjerky.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
